This project involves adaptive reuse of The Red Stables in St. Anne’s Park to Residential Apartment Houses and community space. The client, Dublin City Council require a Universal Design approach, and a community space, suitable for the community and the residents of the new apartments. The community space should have contemporary feel and combine comfort and leisure for the both the guests, local visitors and passing traffic.
